To maintain our vast inventory, we are constantly buying parts. If you have any unwanted guns or gun parts, Numrich Gun Parts Corporation pays competitive prices for guns and parts of every description. We will buy new, used, military, commercial, foreign, domestic, and machine gun parts. Broken rifles, shotguns, and handguns are also of value depending on desirability and our ability to salvage useful parts.

U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY

Send us what you have to sell, and we will evaluate the goods. Include your daytime telephone or FAX number. If you have a large shipment, provide us with a list, prior to shipping, and we will respond with a written estimated value.

If the amount is not satisfactory, return our check within 45 days, and your parts will be returned to you. Additionally, we will reimburse your original shipping costs at the UPS Ground or Parcel Post postage rate. We can not reimburse other shipping methods such as UPS Second Day Air, Federal Express, freight carriers, or packing and shipping fees. Do not ship by truck unless we approve it ahead of time.

Do not send us shipments containing complete guns, frames, or receivers without prior approval from our OTP department. Please call for authorization and special shipping instructions. Please Note: We will only accept firearms that are legally owned. Please verify the legal status of the firearm before shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: New York State Law requires HANDGUNS and HANDGUN FRAMES be shipped by FFL dealers ONLY and they must be properly documented. If you wish to sell us handguns or handgun frames which you legally own, and you are not an FFL dealer, please enlist the help of a firearm dealer in your area. State law requires us to surrender to the authorities all items without proper documentation. No compensation for the customer’s loss is available. If in doubt, please call first!

Send us a list of what you have to sell (DO NOT SHIP ITEMS). Please include quantity, description, and condition. We will review your list and send you a written estimated value. If acceptable, contact us for shipping and any required instructions regarding importing.

NAME & ADDRESS

It is important that you include your full name and address on all paperwork. This is critical to ensure that your check is sent to the correct address. Include daytime and home telephone numbers, and let us know when you would prefer us to call.

PAPERWORK

In the past, we have received packages without instructions. In such cases, we are not sure if the parts are being returned, are for sale, or are provided for matching-up with a new part. Please include a note advising if these parts are for sale.

NO OTHER TRANSACTIONS

Purchasing operations are completely separate from ordering operations. All orders and correspondence must be sent separately.

LARGE OFFERS TO PURCHASE

If you are shipping multiple boxes, please include this information, both on the paperwork and on the actual boxes you are shipping: Box 1 of 5, Box 2 of 5, etc.

PACKING

Please pack your shipment so it arrives in good condition. Our offer depends partly on the condition of goods upon arrival, and we can not be responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
