Safety spring on my Franchi Alcione t comes off the retaining rod.Anyone ever have this problem.. I had it fixed once after about 150 rounds it happened again.I"m trying to locate a new spring and retaining rod.Any advice would help.

In our host's paper catalog ,this model is shown under the headings of FRANCHI...Black Magic Sporting Hunter..You should be able to access same on line....or under the heading of Franchi 201 Series which also shows an ALCIONE model there seems to be a couple of options on the safety..check the single trigger and double trigger versions..if you mix parts..they may not function properly....

Update for on this problem. Benelli sent me a new spring and retaining pin. After 200 rounds same problem. Turned out the hole for  the retaining pin had elongated causing the retaining pin to shift on recoil. I installed a new safety button which solved the problem. Hpoe this helps anyone who runs into this issue.
