Im searching for a Part for my fathers .22. Its semi automatic and its missing a spring. not sure what it looks like or what it does. I know its not much to go on but, I do know that the rifle will fire but tends to jam. Its rather dangerous cause it is a rim fire rifle and when it loads a new shell it tends to turn and face out the right side of the firearm. From what my father has told me it is a flat spring NOT a coil, and he hasnt dared to fire it for years. Anything helps and would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, Randy :)

The Revelation 135 was sold by Western Auto and Sears it was made by Savage. It is a Savage 187A. Look under find parts there is a schematic for this model.

See our on-line schematic and parts list for the 187 Series A model. I believe that... is a flat spring and it sounds like this is the part that you may be looking for. The barrel will have to be removed to replace this part.
