I placed the subject order on the 8th of March, later that day I recieved an email from one of your customer service personnel indicating that you could not ship to a different address than the billing address as this was my initial order and that I would need to respond allowing the change of delivery to the billing address.  Later that same date I responded to the email indicating that it would be acceptable to ship to the billing address.  However, according to your system the order does not exist.  Please advise status.
