American Gun Co, was a house brand for H&D Folsom, a large sporting goods wholesaler form the early 1900's to the 1930's. Your gun could be imported from Belgium { in which case the will be Belgium proof marks under the receiver } or it cloud have been made by their own gun company, Crescent Gun Co. Our host has some Crescent parts , check with them. Other wise it will have to come from a parts gun. These guns have not been made for 80 years and there is no source of new parts. Also Crescent shotguns over the years came in a number of shapes and styles. What would fit a Crescent made in 1920 might not fit a shotgun made in 1935. One note, a trigger guard is a trigger guard, just a curved piece of metal, many times a trigger guard from one shotgun can be reworked to fit another with just a little bit of work and cold bluing.
