Hi,   I have an early model 80 taurus .38 special that I need a couple parts for.  Numrich is sold out on the parts and recommended posting on here to see if anyone could help me out.  My revolver is one of the "pre model #" guns, so I did quite a bit of research to find out which model it was.  It is a "Firearms Int'l Corp" gun.  I need the hand spring and the hand pin for it.  Numrich #'s are 581280A (hand spring) and 581270 (hand pin). Off the model 80 schematic.  Their computer also listed 21.01027-7 (hand pin) and 31.30039.1 (hand spring) which they thought could be Taurus part numbers.   Any help would be greatly appreciated!  I would like to go shoot!!

You could check with Taurus...www.taurususa.com but their policy is that certain parts are restricted. Another source can be checked via an e-mail to mailto:armatt@aol.com....but if th... and Wolff Guns Springs has kits for many firearms to replace the springs  Google them
