Hi, I was attempting to place an order on Sunday but the system kept giving me errors, so I gave up and was going to call on Monday. I checked my bank account and two pre-auth charges were applied, draining my account. I sent two e-mails, none were replied to, and despite having been charged twice (while attempting to place an order for only one thing), I have not received a confirmation email. Thanks.
