I have Thompson auto ordnance 1927a Serial number is 139609381
Is there a way to find out what year it is and why it seems that mine has a longer serial number than what I see online. I contacted khar and they stated Based on the serial number you provided, your gun was made before Kahr Firearms Group acquired Auto Ordnance in 1999. Numrich the company that owned Auto ordnance before Kahr, surrender all there serial number records to the ATF, so there is no way for us to determine anything on this gun.
