The part number 3457601 I ordered is described as 5/16" wide and .58" high. The shotgun measures 5/16" wide, and from the centerline of the extractor rod to the highest point of the extractor measures .58"
The part I was sent measures 5/16" wide and .47" high from the centerline of the extractor rod to its highest point.
When I drop the new extractor in the barrel, it looks like it might come up to the height of a 20-gauge shell. Just from an eyeball guess.
