Unissued khaki canvas pouch with 5 pockets, belt clip and snap-button cover. Marked R.I.A. (Rock Island Arsenal) and dated 9-19. These were originally intended for the 1919 Peace Offensive with the experimental Springfield 1903 .30 caliber Pederson device. Pouch will hold similar size magazines such as UZI, M11 Nine, MP5 & MP40.
