I recently aquired this revolver with a very loose barrel wedge, it will not stay in place. It appears to have a leaf spring to keep tension on it so it will remain seated, but the spring was jammed to the bottom of its groove, making it ineffective. I soaked it in Hoppes for days to see if it was just fouled down, I was only able to gently pry it up a smidgen, and it is stuck there. Looking at the one Numrich has, it difffers from mine with straight sides, while mine has sort of lazy S-shaped sides. Anyone have any insight into this?
The wedge(#869510) that is available has straight sides and is 1.07" X .52"x .19". If you think this dimension may work for your firearm, you can try the wedge and if it does not work you are welcome to return for a refund.
