Return Policy

 

All merchandise is guaranteed to work as described, and any item (unless otherwise noted) can be returned within 90 days from the date of shipment for any reason. All parts returned must be in their original condition, uncut and unaltered. 

Please print, fill-in and enclose the following form: RETURN FORM

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. For packages under 1lb, you can print a RETURN LABEL
Please note that this pre-paid return label will be deducted from your refund if the order involves customer error.

If the item that you receive is damaged during shipping, please contact us FIRST.
Please do not return / ship back the item because our claim with the shipping carrier will be voided.

Our guarantee is void if gunsmithing has been started. For properly returned items, we will process a refund or an exchange within 10 business days.

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns after 90 days.

Please securely package and insure returned merchandise in a padded envelope or box. If a part is damaged during return shipment, or a part is missing because of damaged envelope or box, we will not refund or exchange.

Returns for Canada, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

Please note that a prepaid return label is not provided; however, if the error was on our side, we’ll cover the return shipping.
