Bipod ID

Good Morning,

I need some help to ID this bipod. It came with some FAL parts I'm helping a friend sell. I haven't been able to positively ID this as a FAL bipod. Someone suggested it was a Parker-Hale but I haven't been able to prove that either.  I appreciate any help so we can get this put up for sale.
