As state4d in a prior posting.....Ender's Royal was a trade name used on a "HARDWARE" gun made by the long out of business Crescent Firearms Co of Norwick CT. for the Shapleigh Hardware Company of St Louis Mo...they are also long gone
That is the good news, No parts have been made, with the possible exception of wood, for over 75 years...Your best bet is to make one......see if you can get info from the facebook pages of Al Spina........Firearms Assemby.......he list many IPB and PL's for out of production firearms
However, since the USA does NOT have a national proofhouse...there are no gov't proof stamps on the gun...if there are any...that means Shapleigh went out of country to have their stuff made...The most likely suspect...if you have proof stamps..is a gun Made in Belgium...At that time..a 100 year ago...Belgium was a major supplier of inexpensive entry level firearms
Which brings me to SAFETY......If the barrels are made of Damascus or Twist steel(google it) then kit is unsafe to fire with ANY ammunition...If the gun is a smokeless powder version(modern)..the steels used back then were quite a bit milder that what we use today and time has not strengthen them any
