I want to feed a .300 WM in my M1917 [strong]without[/strong] changing the receiver. The receiver is a Eddystone and the stock is not sporterized it is the military stock. All the parts match, everything looks like the M1917 military rifle except for the .300 WM and I have all the Eddystone parts for the firearm. I just replaced the barrel and the bolt for the .300 WM I need some input on the [strong]magazine only[/strong], as I did everything else and the rifle shoots great. I still want to keep the magazine assembly that is the one that came with the firearm, where it could be converted back into a M1917 .30-06.
