There is nothing "UNIQUE" about the Bobcat..it is a typical sidelock BP rifle the operating instructions for any of the sidelocks in that caliber will serve....but try www.stevespages.com for a freebie and www.cornellpubs.com for a reproduction

No need to call anyone. You can download a PDF from CVA here www.cva.com/pdfs/Side.pdf - they don't make, nor service the sidelocks anymore, but they do have the manual listed online.

The manual or directions for any sidelock will serve. About the only exception in the working parts design are those sidelocks with double set triggers The design and function of a sidelock hasn't changed a whole lot in a couple of hundred years...the shape and size of some parts may vary, but not the function and loading and cleaning is about the same for all...any OTC BP loading manual will give you loads and technique
