Jc higgins 583.2002

I have an old jc higgins 583.2002 that the left cartridge stop was bad on when I purchased it years ago. I tore it down with the intentions to repair years ago. Somewhere along the line I lost the retaining "pin". So with the pin being lost, I ordered a new one. My receiver is "threaded" where the "head" of the retaining pin would thread in, the new retaining pin "head" is cross drilled for some type of retainment. Any advice on how to proceed? |
