A Vz.61 is probably my all time favorite gun and I had been looking for a kit pre-86 with all of the lower receiver pieces to be rewelded together. Here is my question, and I'm brand new to kits and the subject which I'm asking about so have mercy on me: Is there a way to use this parts kit, with my understanding of the parts (receiver included) being pre-1986, to reweld, and reassemble the Vz.61 legally (going through proper forms and channels) to have an operating, fully automatic firearm? This has been a pipe dream of mine and might still be but the thought of being able to have, hold, and fire a Vz.61 in full auto has driven me to ask if anyone knows if this would be possible using this kit. I saw someone else mention these parts, before being demilled, were full auto capable and if I can legally I would love to be able to. While personally lacking the skills to repair the receiver I have a licensed gunsmith who can and has worked on automatic weapons before.
