  1. WHY AM I GETTING A MESSAGE SAYING THAT MY COUPON IS INVALID?
    • If you get a message that your coupon is invalid, most likely you’ve mistyped or skipped one of the characters. Double-check your code and note that hyphens are parts of the coupon code, and letters are not case sensitive.

    • If you still get the error, it is best to reply back to the original email which contains the coupon you are trying to use. Please state your problem, and include the code that is giving you the error message.

    • We respond to emails during our business hours, in the order that they are received.
