  1. DO I NEED AN ONLINE ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
    • You do not need an online account to shop, but having one has its PERKS!

    • Create one - it’s EASY to open and use.

    • WHAT YOU GET:

      • Save your shipping and billing addresses. Save time typing information again and again.
      • Check your order status. 
      • Review your account / order history.
      • Ask our technicians a question. 
      • Organize your parts. Add parts to various lists: re-order, get ready for your next project, set a dream list, etc.
      • Upload your FFL or Tax Exempt Certificate.
    • WHAT YOU WON’T GET

      • Save your payment information online. We see no reason to keep a copy of it online.
      • Receive an email when an out of stock part is available. You need to do this through the Notify Me option.

  3. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I RECOVER IT?
    If you forget your password:
     

    1. Click on the Forgot Your Password ? link at the bottom of the Login page or click here.

    2. Enter your e-mail address, and click the Rest My Password button.

    3. Check your email. Find the password reset email, and follow the reset password instructions.

     

    We send the password-reset email instantaneously. If you do not see it within 5-10 minutes:
     

    A) Make sure our email wasn’t delivered to your Spam folder. Search for an email coming from info@gunpartscorp.com.

    B) Make sure our email is not blocked by your email Anti-Spam filters. To avoid that, please add info@gunpartscorp.com to your contact list. Then try the password reset process again.

    C) Make sure you did not mistyped your email to begin with. If the email you entered is not the same as the one we have on file for your online account, we will not send an email.
