Order Status

  1. HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
    • You can check your order status via your Dashboard or by clicking on the Order Status link located in the top left.

    • You’ll be able to see if we’re still working on shipping it, or if it is already shipped. If it is shipped, you’ll be able to see the tracking number, and follow your order until it’s delivered.

    • Note: An email notification with tracking information is sent at the time the order is shipped.

  2. WHAT DO I NEED TO CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
    • If you have an online account, log in and you'll see your order status via your Dashboard.

    • If you do not have an online account, you need:

      • The order number - if you did not note it down at checkout, you can find it in your order confirmation email.
      • The last name used for payment
      • ONE of the following:

        • 5 digit zip code
        • The email used to place the order
