Returning an Item

  1. WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER SHOULD I USE WHEN RETURNING AN ORDER?
    • United States Postal Service (USPS)
    • Click here to print a return label. The RMA is your order number.
    • Please securely package the returned merchandise in a padded envelope or box. If a part is damaged during return shipment, or a part is missing because of damaged envelope or box, we will not refund or exchange.
  2. HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE, ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEM?
    • Refunds can take up to 10 business days.
